When is your Box Office open?
The Fox Theater Box Office is open Monday-Friday from 10:00am – 5:00pm with extended hours on show nights.  If an event is on the weekend, the box office is open at least 2 hours prior to the event. (Closed all major holidays, unless there is a special event.)

Where is your Box Office located?
The Fox Theater Box Office is located in front of The Fox Theater on the Terrazzo facing H Street for ticket purchases on the night of show only.  During the week you can purchase tickets at our Business Office located around the South side of The Fox on 20th Street underneath the green awning.

How do I purchase tickets for an event?
Tickets for all Fox Theater shows are available at The Fox Theater Box Office, all Vallitix Outlets, charge by phone toll-free at 1-888-825-5484 or locally at 661-322-5200, or 24 hours a day at www.Vallitix.com.

How do I purchase wheelchair accessible tickets?
To purchase wheelchair accessible seating, call the Vallitix business office at 661-283-6985, to purchase by phone or visit The Fox Theater Box Office in person during business hours. ADA accessible seating is located in Orchestra Row 30 of The Fox Theater.  Those purchasing ADA accessible seats may purchase one (1) ADA seat and one (1) attendant seat which must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.

Can I buy tickets at the door on the day of the event?
If there are still tickets available to purchase on the day of the event, you may purchase them in person at the box office. Some shows sell very quickly and do not always have tickets available on the day of the show, so we suggest you buy tickets ahead of time. The Fox Theater Box Office is open 2 hours prior to each event.

Does my child need a ticket?
Yes, everyone requires a ticket regardless of age. For specific events, children under two can sit on the lap of an accompanying adult ticket holder. To inquire about this policy on specific shows, you can call the theater directly at 661-324-1369.

Can anyone regardless of age attend a show at The Fox Theater?
The Fox Theater is typically an all ages venue, but some shows do specify an age requirement which can be found in the event description or by calling The Fox Theater directly at 661-324-1369. Please note that some shows may be more suitable than others for children.

What is a pre-sale? How do I participate or get a password?
Pre-sales and passwords are by invitation only via the Internet and are usually offered by fan clubs or radio stations, who will send the password to their members. We will also occasionally offer pre-sales to our mailing list members. Please subscribe to our mailing list to receive these pre-sale notices. Please click here to join.

When can I pick up my Will Call tickets?
The Will Call window opens 2 hours prior to each show at The Fox Theater Box Office. Be sure to bring photo ID, the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets, and your Vallitix ticket confirmation as any or all of these may be required for ticket pick up.

Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?
All tickets are purchased on a no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations basis and are only usable for the day, date and time selected at the time of purchase.

How can I meet the band?
The Fox Theater does not offer backstage access, meet and greet passes, or any other way to meet a band or performer. Occasionally, a radio station or fan club may offer a meet and greet, but The Fox Theater has no access to these passes.

When do the doors open for a show?
The doors typically open one hour prior to show time, although this may vary from show to show. Please refer to the calendar for the most up-to-date information.

What can I bring to the show?
For the comfort and safety of everyone, please do not bring in the following items: weapons (this includes weapons accompanied by a valid CCW permit), aerosol cans (hair spray, mace, pepper spray, etc.), outside food & beverage, pocket knives, utility tools, laser light pointers, bottles, cans, large bags and coolers. Due to most performer's requests, no professional cameras or recording devices are allowed. The Fox Theater is a non-smoking facility.

Is there an ATM available?
An ATM is located in The Fox Theater Lobby near the entrance.

Does The Fox Theater serve food?
Yes, food including popcorn, hot dogs, pretzels, candy, soda, and coffee can be purchased at The Fox Theater concession stand in the lobby. There also are a number of restaurants near The Fox Theater, and you can click here to see our recommendations. Also, Beer and wine are available for purchase at most shows, unless it is specified not be sold at the performance or is deemed inappropriate for the show. To inquire about specific shows, you can call the theater directly at 661-324-1369.

Where can I park near The Fox Theater?
In addition to street parking all around The Fox, there also are several outdoor parking lots nearby including one directly behind the theater on G Street.

Is there Handicap parking available near The Fox Theater?
Yes. Handicap parking is located on the South side of The Fox Theater on 20th Street. If there are no spaces available on 20th, patrons can unload passengers in front of The Fox Theater on the terrazzo or find additional Handicap parking spaces across from The Fox Theater in the American Legion or Henley’s Photo parking lots.

Where are the facilities located in The Fox Theater?
Restroom facilities are located in the upper lobby in The Fox Theater. ADA accessible restroom accommodations are available in the lower lobby.

Are there any hotels near The Fox Theater?
There are several hotels near The Fox. We recommend the The Padre Hotel (2 blocks from The Fox), and The Marriott (1 mile from The Fox).

Where is lost and found?
While at a performance, please visit the concession stand and ask for the Front of House Manager if you have lost something. If you realize you lost an item after leaving The Theater, please call (661) 324-1369 Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm for assistance.
